The Chateau Quilt is based on a complimentary pair of log cabin blocks with a modern skinny sashing complete with contrasting cornerstones. This pattern is perfect for the intermediate quilter, as a consistent 1/4" seam is critical. Finished block size is 10".
Chateau offers three sizes (crib, small throw, and large throw) and is written to for yardage. The cover quilt shown is the large throw size.

Skills Include: Strip piecing, accurate and consistent 1/4" seam allowance and diagonal row construction.
Pattern assumes that the quilter has basic piecing and quilting knowledge.
Width of fabric must be at least 42". If it is less you may need more yardage.

Care instructions
All Quilts should be washed on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. If the quilt is unwashed prior to shipping be sure to use a color catcher to ensure the colors do not run. Quilts can be dried in the dryer with a low heat or laid flat to air dry. Some shrinkage may occur and this is normal due to the nature of the cotton fabric and batting.

Shipping
Quilts are shipped in USPS flat rate boxes where appropriate. The seller is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been delivered to the purchaser.

Loves the pattern and loved the way the quilt turned out even more! The sub cutting instructions were so helpful and things went smoothly. I wish there was size info about trimming blocks along the way. Overall pattern was easy to follow and beautiful results.
