The Melon Patch Quilt is a mix and match quilt pattern that allows for fussy cuts and the use of your favorite fat quarter, quarter yard, half yard or leftover scraps.
Melon Patch offers three sizes (crib, small, and large throw). Blocks finish at a generous 10". The cover quilt shown is the large throw size made with fat quarters and half yards.
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner - CURVES
Skills Include: Sewing and trimming curves. No seams need to be matched when sewing the quilt blocks together making trimming a breeze. While there is ample room for trimming to the desired size of 10.5" unfinished, melon blocks could be trimmed even smaller if desired.
Pattern assumes that the quilter has basic piecing and quilting knowledge.
Width of fabric must be at least 42" for yardage.

Care instructions
All Quilts should be washed on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. If the quilt is unwashed prior to shipping be sure to use a color catcher to ensure the colors do not run. Quilts can be dried in the dryer with a low heat or laid flat to air dry. Some shrinkage may occur and this is normal due to the nature of the cotton fabric and batting.

Shipping
Quilts are shipped in USPS flat rate boxes where appropriate. The seller is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been delivered to the purchaser.
